Safety Advisory: 2013-05: Possible sexual assault at Folsom Field

On the early morning of August 26, 2013, a third-party contacted CU Police to report that a male CU student may have been sexually assaulted by another male on the CU-Boulder campus. The reporting party said the assault occurred at about 10:30 p.m. on August 25, 2013 in a room at Folsom Stadium. Reportedly, the suspect enlisted the victim's help to rehearse for a play and during the course of the rehearsal may have had non-consensual contact with the victim's genitals.  According to the reporting party, the suspect is a heavyset Asian male between 5' 6" and 5' 8".  CU Police continue to investigate.

This message is being sent pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, a federal law that requires colleges and universities that participate in federal financial aid programs to disclose major crime information to prospective and current students and employees.
